Size of the pilules is great, just pop under your tongue and they dissolve. Does have a bitter taste though. Benefit is evident within an hour, usually only 30 minutes. Dosage is right for me, seems to be a quality ingredient that do the job quickly, without much fillers or unnecessary additives. Another one I always keep on hand.
best quality ingredient for melatonin. size is small. I'm used to the bitter taste now. I sleep deeply when I use it which is the benefit I look for. I'm on my third order now. this high dosage lasts me a month or two, as prescribed by my doctor.
This dose has a noticeably strong effect for me, it kicks in quickly and feel refreshed the morning after. Perhaps it can feel too strong at first but I find it best to use it short-term

The quality of these tablets is far superior than anything I’ve tried, the ingredients are very strong for such a small dosage and size of the tablet. The benefits I receive from these tablets is an uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. The taste is a little sour but ok. Highly recommended!

I recommend it .. but it doesn’t taste good.. it’s because of the clean ingredients without sugar and the quality.. the pill size is small and the dosage is 25mg.
