I've read high doses of Melatonin can help with fighting cancer so I am using this for my Rottweiler. Its hard for me to say how its working. I am using it with multiple other supplements and I feel in combination with the other supplements it is helping him. If looking for a powder in capsules this is the one to go for. They are easy to open and just sprinkle over (raw) food, and mixes well without my pup knowing I've hi-jacked his food with supplements.

There is benefit to it as I can feel more rested if I take it even if I sleep only 5 hours ( compared if I sleep same amount without taking it). Size of capsule is very little, so it is very easy to swallow. Quality product for dealing also with jet lag since it will make you sleepy after taking it.
