Beginner for NMN. But not the first NMN that i tried. Had my 1st from another brand (Renue). And Codeage is my 2nd. I felt sleepy for both brands. Did google and it seems legit effect for certain people having to say cell is renewing (IDK ?). I admit I actually lack in sleep before taking NMN . Perhaps what the pill is trying to do now, maybe.
