I’ve been taking iodine for a long time and I didn’t really see a whole lot of difference. When I found out about these co-factors which are needed when you take iodine it was the missing piece to my health. My hair stopped falling out as much and it started looking shinier and thicker. I feel more energy when taking these.
I started using this as part of my Iodine (in the form of Iodoral) protocol with other products such as salt, etc. This is a Niacin and as I was already taking an alternate Niacin product, started taking this in the afternoon. Also, this hasn't got the normal Niacin Flush.
The effect is very strong, the body will be very warm, and I will buy it again
Yesterday i took it once in the morning and once in the evening, and at night I had a lot of heart pulsation, maybe it s because of the elevated B3 dose. Will try to go gradually and at the beginning take only one capsule per day. I am taking it with 12.5 iodoral for the moment.
Good quality, although I usually prefer capsules which contain less ingredients. Size is manageable. No niacin flush . Good that it contains both B2 and B3 vitamins in perfect potency for daily intake. I take it regularly, it is better for me to select the vitamins one by one because multivitamins usually contain something which doesn’t fit my preference.
These are surprisingly effective when I take them at night. I wake up earlier and have more energy. They seem to be well formulated and have consistent quality.
ATP for mitochondrial support. Additional b vitamins, riboflavin and niacin. The helps with added energy. Nice size bottle with 90 tablets. The quality is great. Easy to swallow.

This is has been recommend as I am taking Lugol iodine. Slightly expensive but definitely worth it. I’m on my 2nd bottle and I will purchase again.
