I bought two bottles of multivitamins specifically formulated for older adults to help support their overall health with a Vitamin D supplement. These vitamins cover a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals, which are particularly beneficial for maintaining bone density and cognitive function in seniors. Will continue buying this brand.
We love Thorne products for their quality and when I read the list of ingredients I know these was the perfect vitamins for both my husband and I. age wise, I’m 40 and he is 38 years old. Our daily intake is 3 everymornig and I feel this is enough to get all we need as we already have blanced diet. The capsules aren’t too big and the size makes it easy to swallow.
Overall, this is a good vitamin supplement. It is easy to take and does not cause any side effects for me. I feel a moderate improvement in my energy level. However, the price is a little higher than other similar products. If the price were lower, it would be perfect. Still, I would consider buying it again.
Great overall multivitamin. It has methylated B vitamins. It's good if you don't need extra iron. Good for eye health and gives a boost of energy.... This brand is one of the best to choose from
After taking this for a month, I feel more energetic. The only downside is the daily dose of 8 tablets. I really find it quite difficult to swallow so many tablets.

This is strong quality at high dose 8 capsules. I only take 2 at a time because you can observe your pee going bright yellow after taking it. It’s high potency and covers alot of trace minerals as well as nr and reverstrol, that is quite a pleasant surprise
