Dressing with ACV is my go-to flavouring when I want to add flavour to my salad or grilled chicken. Love that it has a nice tangy and asian taste (flavouf profile) and some sweetness. Good quality ingredients. I have been using it pretty much every day for either cooking baking or just straight out of the bottle.
Great way to reheat cooked meats, especially chicken. Use it with fish also. I have added it to sauces to get an uni flavor. Easier to grating ginger.

I use this Bragg ACV Ginger & Sesame for all my Asian food dishes. Dips and sauce, after cooking Salmon, or I pour it over cooked vegies like asparagus, bussel sprouts, etc. Tastes wonderful
This is my go to dressing. Good ingredients. I like the taste . It does not have a heavy ginger taste. I'd be happy if it contained more ginger. Some might not like this natural dressing because it does separate and due to good oil content hardens in fridge. You have to take it out so it can warm up a bit to shake it. If I forget I just run it under warm water or set in a bowl of warm water for awhile. Thats the nature of good olive oil.
