I take one capsule of this milk thistle supplement every day. The capsule is easy to swallow and does not have any after-taste; its size is about 2cm. Although this is my first bottle, I am happy with the benefits of this herbal supplement. The package size for this particular product is 120 capsules, so I will probably be re-ordering in 4-months' time.
I won't know for sure how well this works until I have my next liver blood panel done, but I'll update this when I get that done.
