I only got one bottle of these to try them out, but I should have bought 2 or 3 at a time. They are effective; it doesn't give me jitters like you can get with other caffeine/stimulant sources, I assume bc this only has the one ingredient. It's not a huge difference but it's enough that I notice it if I don't take it, the main benefit being a sustainable energy level through a good part of the day. The capsule has a mild taste but I haven't noticed any aftertaste.

A good quality product from Swanson. The main ingredient is green tea powder. A good way to achieve the benefit of green tea without drinking it. Personally I do both 😉 The packaging is a bottle with 30 caps. To use take one whenever you need energy without getting over amped.
