I really like Quercetin from this brand the quality seems very good. It is helping with controlling some food intolerances and bloating after those specific foods that gave me in the past drop in blood pressure racing heart. It is working with histamine intolerance so now I can eat even some food with higher histamine that in the past alleviate my pressure. I can recommend

I like this product, I like that it includes bromelain. I have long covid and take a ton of supplements to try to help with that, but obviously with a condition like this they can only do so much, and it’s hard to know objectively what, if anything, each supplement is doing for me. However, I like this product. What I can say for sure is it at least does not give me any side effects. And I get the sense that it is helping me to some degree.
