Being this my first time buying the product via iHerb, the jar did arrive shattered, but I will leave a review as it's an item I like to have on hand when I can purchase it at my local grocer.
This is a great enchilada sauce with clean simple ingredients. The quality and taste are on point, it delivers a slight kick of spiciness but nothing too bold. We like using this when making chicken enchiladas. The sauce gives the enchiladas a nice taste. The size of the jar is pretty good in my opinion as I often use about half and refrigerate the other portion for another time.

Quality ingredients make this sauce taste good. The jar size is perfect for a pan of enchiladas. I use this, and also like their red sauce. The package being glass instead of a can is nice. It has a kick, but is not overly spicy. You can also use this to flavor chile verde.

Sometimes, a girl just needs Enchiladas and when you can't get Tomatillos to make your own sauce, you need Siete! This sauce has a nice, roasted flavour and isn't too watery. One jar will make a pan of Enchiladas with just enough sauce to make things wet. Good flavour. I highly recommend this!

I saw a recipe using this product so I wanted to try it as well. I mixed some of them with the chicken before wrapping up in tortillas, mixed sour cream to the rest, poured it over the tortillas, sprinkled cheese and baked. Tasted great and the amount was just right.
