California Whole Pitted Prunes, Dried Plums, 7 oz (198 g)

Very good quality product, fresh smell and good size packaging, it tases so good, and as it’s known the high nutritional benefits of plums, it’s clean drying process , can be use as light snack of two or three pieces, I highly recommend this dried fruit and I am sure will order it again, also my kids liked this so much.

Nice, softer and more flavorful than other brands on iherb.

For me it’s enough for 5 days for snack after lunch, I very much enjoy eating theses food, helps me with digestion and have energy.

Pitted prunes are exceptionally moist, chewy dried plums with the pits removed, offering a rich, naturally sweet flavor profile reminiscent of deep caramel and molasses without any added sugars. Known worldwide as a nutritional powerhouse, these dark, tender fruits are loaded with dietary fiber, vitamin K, potassium, and sorbitol—a natural sugar alcohol—making them especially famous for supporting digestive regularity, promoting bone health, and fighting cellular damage with powerful antioxidants. Because they are soft and seedless, they are incredibly convenient to eat straight out of the bag as a low-glycemic energy boost, but they also shine when chopped into morning oatmeal, baked into hearty muffins, blended into a natural fat-substitute paste for baking, or cooked into savory slow-simmered dishes like braised pork and Moroccan tagines.

I like this brand's raisins, but these prunes had a chemical-like taste! These were a disappointment, especially since I love the raisins so much! The prunes were sweet, but I could not get over that off taste!! It makes me wonder what is really in the ingredients! I hope it was just a batch that had this off taste, but I will not be buying them again😩

I first saw these Sun-Maid prunes at Giant in the beginning of November. I purchased 2 bags and when I went back later to get more the store does not have them at all. So I found these pm Iherb and I ordered 9 bags. These prunes are not at other stores either. So I am set for a while. Delicious prunes that are the best I have ever eaten.

I like that it doesn't have added sugar. the taste and quality of the ingredient is excellent. it is really beneficial for gut regularity. the size of the package is perfect for us as we don't eat too much at a time. i recommend prunes to anyone who is looking for increased fiber and vitamins in their diet.

This little box is perfect for keeping in my desk drawer for a quick and healthy snack. The prunes are consistently soft, sweet, and satisfying when I need an energy boost. I love that they're a single, natural ingredient with no added sugar. They're a simple, reliable way to satisfy my sweet tooth and keep things regular.
