I tried to make my own kombucha from the scoby. Watched YouTube and tried a few times and ever succeeded. I wasn’t sure if it was a success or bad. It’s hard to tell. This is a simple easy to make go-to probiotic drink. I am not sure if there's a lot of probiotics but when I feel like drinking something nice and cool, this is a good one to make and makes me feel healthy. Add ice and you get a healthy chilled drink on hot days.
