The quality is noticeably better than many other hibiscus products I’ve tried, and the large bag is a great value for the price. This is good quality organic hibiscus flowers. This has organic ingredients and I use it for tea and refreshers. The package comes with a good size for the price. This is a nice blend and it has lots of benefits for women. The serving size is on the back and I don’t think it has caffeine listed on the ingredients.
