Good quality tea, as always with that brand. love the lavender taste - it is not mild , but a very distinct taste. so only if you really love lavender. lavender is known for its benefits as calming and relaxing, I like drinking it at the end of the day, served with hot water. and of course - it is caffeine free
The taste isnt horrible but isnt great either, i drink it for the benefits and better sleep but each sip feels like a nightmare, though i seen some very calming and relaxing effects from this type of sleep tea blend they sell, its the best when it comes to relaxing in my opinion, its caffeine free and best drank 60 minutes before bed

A wonderful blend of herbs that has a calming effect and helps you relax after a hard work day. Pleasant taste of lavender and mint. Very nice packaging and box design. I buy it several times.
We love this high quality blend of lavender tea by sleepy time. It’s a caffeine free calming herbal blend with ingredients like chamomile, spearmint and lemongrass and aromatic lavender. The taste is great and it’s really have the benefit of relaxation, so we use it in the evening before bedtime.
I don’t know if it helped me sleep, as I don’t usually have trouble sleeping. I like to drink it to unwind before bedtime. The taste is very pleasant, the ingredients seem high quality, and packaging is beautiful with a cute little bear. I like that the product is caffeine free and helps me relax.
