Great quality! I have Crohn's and use this supplement every day, I've tried multiple strains before but none worked as good as this. The capsules are tasteless and the packaging size is minimal. They ease digestion and calm the gut during inflammation. I've given it to a few people to try and some of them ordered for themselves. The only downside is the price, but for the ones that can afford it I believe it is worth it.

I find Biogaia probiotics generally high quality and I like that they also show which specific probiotic strain they include (not just "reuteri" but what specific reuteri). I like that they added vitamin D that is also necessary to take often so I don't need to take too many pills. I like to discover different probiotics to get microbiome morr variety. I find it quite ok for gut because no big problems when using it. I would also like to try their other strains.

This one was mostly wiped out by antibiotics - even if you took one 30 years ago you likely won't have this in your gut, so this is important for gut health, helps digestion. Seems good quality. I think it's great.

Bought this not for the vit D but for the L Reuteri that it has. This particular probiotic strain has been shown to increase testosterone, lower cortisol, increase DHT, help with fat loss, improve immune system etc. 10/10 recommended

Well-packaged and small sized capsules so easy to swallow. The brand was recommended by a relative who is a doctor. I take it whenever I remember so not very regularly but it seems to help with overall gut health. There's no taste associated with it.

Good for guts and constipation. Can use the microbiome for this supplement to make own home made yogurt with great benefits.

Bought this for a family member who suffers from periodic acid reflux. He has been on this for a couple of weeks and perhaps too soon to tell of the full efficacy and effects. However he did mentioned some small improvements in that the frequency of the reflux is reduced.
