I am just starting taking this so I will update after some time has passed. But the quality is great, and it was the best price I could find. I am taking this in hopes of improving the elasticity of my skin and I am looking forward to the immune benefits. It tastes okay... if I had to try this again I think I would probably get the extract. But maybe I just need to try to consume it in a different way. I will update if I find an enjoyable way to consume.

I am taking 1g per day as well as using it topically on my skin. I do notice the difference for topical application. I mix 1/8tsp with 4tbsp Heritage glycerine rose water and put it in my fridge. I don't know if eating it makes a big difference yet. I'm also eating bone broth everyday, so not sure what keeps my skin hydrated more but I do like this product, it's tastelesa, almost like agar consistency after you mix with water.
