Pepto Bismol® Ultra, 24 Caplets

I’m very happy to be able to find this product in Switzerland, as I’ve had difficulty finding it locally. The caplets are conveniently packaged in that small box for me to keep in my purse and in the car. Easy to store and use. The product arrived in good condition, and I would purchase it again.

I desperately needed Pepto for stomach issues I've been having, but it's not available in my country (South Africa). On a whim, I tried ordering through iHerb, and within two weeks it arrived at my doorstep - very happy and satisfied! :)

I couldn’t live without it and will always repurchase. I love convenient small container size, I have one everywhere (handbag, car, at work) and always take a container when I go on holidays. It’s not bad tasting (faint mint flavour and not very powdery), I can swallow the tablets on their own and not need to chase it with water. I take 1-2 tablets and it works within 15mins to settle my stomach and diarrhoea. I can’t tell the difference between this or the normal pepto though, works just as effectively and quickly.

As a runner I always have problems with my stomach, during long runs. Sometimes when the problem can be solved with food and electrolites, Pepto bismol helps me to calm my stomach and sikness, and to continue my run. Do not recommend to take it very often, but once in a while when it is important competition or event, this can save your stomach.

The taste is decent for a caplet form, and the size is average, making it relatively easy to swallow. The quality seems good, with noticeable relief from minor digestive discomfort when taken as directed. The taste is manageable, and I plan to keep it on hand for emergencies. I'm expecting to experience full benefits with occasional use, especially for upset stomach, nausea, or indigestion.

I thought they would be smaller caplets, so they aren’t small but it’s ok, at first you feel the caplet in the stomach and then the feeling just disparares and the symptoms tend to calm down, it’s good for on the go and traveling because they are not liquid.
