My husband and I both take this product with our high-histamine meals as we both have symptoms of histamine intolerance. It's one of our must have supplements. We take a higher doseage if the meal is particularly high in histamine. Much cheaper than DAO and great quality. People have commented about the smell (it is beef kidney, after all). We don't mind the odor or taste of it. The benefits outweigh the mild (mild to us mind you) aroma.

The quality and benefits is easy to see and feel. When my husband’s nose allergies act up all I do is give him a little more than the usual dose and it calms his symptoms. Taste is great too because my 6 year old doesn’t mind it, we open the capsule and he consumes the powered straight into his mouth. This is my 3rd purchase and I highly recommend l!

I suffer from histamine intolerances and decided to try this supplement. I like this brand because they made a good quality non-GMO grass-fed pasture raised supplements. I can taste. The dosage and capsule size seems good to me since I only take 3 a day at the moment

When taken in conjunction with Pure Adrenals really helps raise energy levels. Even though i have a lot of food allergies I am not reactive to this product.

The quality looks good, and everything matches the description. I’m still in the process of using them, but so far I’m satisfied with the ingredients and overall quality.
