Found this Coffee at Cousins restaurant in the Dalles Oregon, food was disappointing,but coffee was excellent. Googled and found it here, a bit pricey, but good Coffee. Glad I won't have to go back to Cousins to get it. There is no coffee like coffee from the Pacific Northwest. Picked this brand up last time i was in Portland and highly recommend to every coffee lover. Great flavor, bold and savory. Will buy again.

I mean, what can I say, this light-roasted coffee tastes great and smells even better. I drink it daily. It has a touch of acidity, which I look for in a light-roasted coffee, and not much bitterness, but just the right amount for my liking. The main acid in coffee, which contributes to coffee's purported health benefits, is reduced the more a coffee is roasted. This is why I like to drink a lightly roasted coffee, which has a bit of acidity to it. Ingredients says it's 100% arabica, and it's organic too, so it seems a good quality blend. This is how I use it: I grind the coffee in a manual coffee grinder with a medium-fine setting, I make it as a pourover in a Hario V60, 10-15 grams serving, with a 1:16 ratio of coffee to hot water, with 3-5 pours depending on how much time I want to spend on it. The packaging is the only thing I find that could be improved, as the opening is small, and it has a one-way valve very close to the opening, which feels a bit in the way for me.

Very good coffee for those that like light roast. I gave it four rather than five stars just because the price is a bit high for the small package. It is not so high in caffeine so more is needed in the filter. I don’t recommend this coffee for espresso but good for coffee machine and filtered brews.

Good coffee. Like the package as it is sealed which is good for storage. Taste is mild , no bitter or sour aftertaste which I like.
