I’ve really been enjoying this organic coffee—the quality is excellent, and the smooth taste stands out right away. Light roast like this tends to have less acidity and brings out more of the bean’s natural flavors without other flavoring ingredients, including subtle fruity notes and a wonderful aroma. I use it frequently, especially in the mornings, and it works well in both a regular brew and iced coffee recipes. Because light roast generally has a bit more caffeine per bean than dark roast, I feel like it gives a nice, steady boost without the bitterness. One of the big benefits of this larger package size is that it lasts longer and provides more servings, which is great if you drink coffee daily like I do. The aroma is amazing! As soon as I opened the bag, I could smell the wonderful fragrance of freshly roasted coffee. The beans are incredibly fresh, and the aroma becomes even better after grinding. The coffee is clean, smooth, and bright, just what I expect from a light roast. The 2 lb bag is also a great value. I would definitely buy it again!
I’ve been drinking organic coffee as my go-to morning boost, and it feels a bit cleaner and smoother compared to regular coffee. The caffeine kick is still strong, but I don’t get as much of the jittery feeling when I have it black. Overall, it’s just solid coffee—good taste, reliable energy, and a nicer “cleaner” vibe, but at the end of the day it still does what coffee is meant to do.

I just loved this coffee. Good packaging with really good price especially with a discount code. Good quality cooffe organic and tastes good only very ligh as its light roast . If you like the taste of coffeee you can go for medium roast. Good amount of caffiene I just feel soper directly after drinking it
These beans make a lovely coffe, strong and sweet (not acidic at all). We use it to make pour over coffee and we are very satisfied. We will buy more.

I prefer light roast over dark roast as it doesn't have that burnt flavor. This is excellent quality coffee at a reasonable price for organic. It is a full bodied, great tasting beverage that is a rebuy that I will continue to order from iHerb.
