I suffer from severe blocked nose. And thanks to iHerb this has been a Godsend. You get enough pods in each box. And I usually buy 2 boxes. Twice a day I use this. In conjunction with steaming in the evenings. Followed by a nasal spray. It’s all helping relieve my nose.
Navage is the easiest device to use for nasal irrigation if you are willing to pay for it. The pods are great also they do not burn and are very effective

These work well, but i wish they were cheaper. You can DIY these but i prefer to use the official ones. I hope they launch a new product which has for example xylitol in it.

You need these salt pods for the navage system to work properly. It is my understanding that the machine will not work at all without these pods. Iherb seems to offer a fair price for them.
