I used it before going to bed during high stress period and it helped to fall asleep fast and sleep deep I really felt the benefit Size is also good for storing the pack conveniently

I only use this when I'm feeling particularly stressed. During those times, I have a really hard time relaxing and going to sleep. This product has a lot of good quality ingredients, that help promote relaxation. It seems to do the job. It definitely helps me feel a bit more relaxed. Good size, but it is a little on the pricier side.
