Easy to swallow capsule, large but not offensively so. Doesn't have any obvious scent or flavour which is always welcome. I replaced my usual b12 with this multi because it was on sale - I don't know if I'd buy it at full price, but it's good to have a multivitamin just in case. (It won't help if you're deficient in anything, but it's a nice little buffer!)
