I got these for my daughter and they work well, shortening the time from taking it to sleep immensely. When I'm struggling to sleep I'll have one or two and they help me as well. I just wouldn't recommend if you're only goint to get 6 hours sleep or less as you can wake groggy if not enough time has passed from taking it to waking up.

I would have to say, that this brand of Melatonin really does promote sleep. The gummies taste sweet and I drink a glass of water after chewing them.
