Very affordable 12mg melatonin pills. Berry taste is a bit strong so I usually let it dissolve on my tongue before I brush my teeth so I can wash it out with the toothpaste but the 12mg of melatonin does it's job and makes you fall asleep much faster and sleep for longer without interruptions. I didn't have any gastrointestinal problems because of the berry flavoring.
