GABA, 750 mg, 60 Quick Release Capsules

I take GABA at night because I'm a very light sleeper and wake up often at night. Since I've been taking it the quality of my sleep has improved and I sleep more soundly now. I like the simple ingredients without the synthetic fillers. The size of the quick release capsules are easy to swallow and contain no GMO products and are gluten free.

My husband has tried this for several years for his tinnitus. He says it does help with the ringing in his ears. He says it has reduced the ringing in his left ear significantly and in his right ear he has no ringing whatsoever. A great product he highly recommends.

Decided to start taking it as stress/anxiety was affecting my sleep, mood, and felt depressed. After the 2nd day I noticed a BIG difference...negative thoughts and worry did not absorb my daily thoughts. Instead I feel like my normal self and sleeping again through the night. I am only taking 1 a day an hour before bed. I highly recommend.

I started taking this as a booster to my GABA acting anxiety medications, obviously it can’t perform on the same level but I found that it’s benefit was getting some sleep. The quality is fine. Didn’t have any issues with the packaging or taste. When it comes to energy it doesn’t boost it on the contrary it helps you relax, the ingredients are simple composition has a non active ingredient of rice powder. Didn’t affect my diet and the size is good for the price. I wouldn’t order it again bc it didn’t hit the targets I was aiming for but if you have mild anxiety it should be helpful

I like the dose of this brand and the bottle. I just think the capsules could be smaller to be easier to swallow. But Overall is a great product

I experience pretty severe insomnia so 2 were required along with p5p, magnesium glycinate & ashwaganda. When I took 1 cap of another brand, it worked better so I’ll go back to it.

I started taking GABA to help chill out at night because stress was really messing with my sleep. This one’s got a decent dose at 750 mg, and I’ve found it does help me relax without knocking me out cold like some stronger sleep aids. It’s not a miracle worker or anything—I still have nights where my brain won’t shut off—but on the whole, it’s been a nice addition to my bedtime routine. Quick-release capsules seem to kick in pretty fast too.

My usual go to for GABA was not available so I opted to purchase this brand. It worked well to claim the nerves that cause itching, restless legs, two things that keeps me awake. Dosage was only 1 capsule, price was reasonable. I like that the plastic bottle has a removable label for recycling purpose. I take 2 capsules, (AM & PM) to aid in the care autoimmune problems.

I take this along with theanine and the second capsule of mag-glycinate within a couple hours of going to bed for the night before bed. It seems to contribute to a deeper sleep. It has no taste and came packaged well, which is normal for Nature's Truth. Recommended.

quality - good size, easy to swallow benefit- didn't feel side effects even in high dosage, gave calming effect, but not sleepy, so had energy in high stress situation. didn't affect muscles or protein. package was ok. easy to add in diet. no taste. affect can feel after 20 min. high in dosage.
