I really like this product, I purchased elsewhere before and unfortunately it was during warm months and the softgels stuck together. When I finally finished the bottle, I decided to purchase from iHerb as I felt the product was good but I preferred a reputable company. I like the fact that there are no seed oils that so many vitamins in softgel form often contain and I like the high potency as I know how beneficial Vit D3 is.

I’m usually very careful about ingredients, and this one actually impressed me. The formula looks clean and simple, without unnecessary extras, and the packaging is very practical for daily use. After a few weeks, I started noticing that my energy feels more even throughout the day. I don’t have those sudden drops anymore, and I feel more clear-headed overall. It’s a subtle change, but it really adds up.

I prefer Swanson's Vitamin D3 softgels with coconut oil or their liquid one with olive oil, but unfortunately both were discontinued. This one is the second best, although I don't understand why they eliminate all the long chain fatty acids from the coconut oil and make it liquid. Just make the softgels hard and provide them in an unprocessed form. Still,m much better than all the seed oil junk out there, so thanks for that!
