Another great Viva Naturals product. Vitamin C is such an important vitamin for overall health and immunity. I really like that you only have to take one easy to swallow capsule to get the benefits of this product. It would have been perfect if it had been liposomal and organic. But still more than an acceptable product.

I read in a review for this that the pill size was too big but I think it’s average. Given the mg and ingredient it’s actually great that it is only one pill instead of multiple. It’s a must for immunity now in the colder months. Has not spiked acidity.
