L-Carnitine, 90 Capsules (500 mg per Capsule)

First time taking, my guy doesnt mind, but wish they were more concentrated!

My mom has been on L-Carnitine only recently but already lost a lot of weight, so I picked this up to give it a try. Maybe my dosage intake is not enough for me to actually see the benefit, or perhaps I just need more time and be patient. I work out, do weight training, but don't diet enough, so I should probably get started on that as well.

This is my second bottle as I am yet to find the same product with this quality clean ingredients no after taste and a good size. Positively impacting my fitness and workout and easy to incorporate in my diet.
