I added this on my weightloss program so i took 2 capsules before i go to bed. I weigh the next day or after 2 days i see my weight is going down steadily tho im going to gym as well but increasing and activating more my metabolism is a win win for me. Capsules a little big but just drink lots of water after. Doesnt cause stomach upset for me
Is pretty nice. I started using it around a week ago and so far I feel that it’s helping my body. I take it before bed, and it’s meant to have an effect on your body fat and losing weight. Good ingredients accdg to a clinical nutritionist since I am bit skeptical esp its for weight loss. four star coz theres slight palpitation but fade after an hour.
