Who would’ve thought that adding collagen to your diet at my age, which is 55, would help so much with body pain. All my joint areas (elbows, hips, shoulder joints, the fleshly part of the fore thumbs) have reduced in pain levels. Also my nails are growing surprisingly, i couldn’t ever grow fingernails without them breaking off etc. I’m guessing it’s helping my hair, feels a bit thicker and i have a lot of hair but it’s fine hair. I have right knee problems but still do even while on this product but i wanna say its slightly improved with the pain. Really great product!
