I was quite skeptic, but I have a period with problems with bloating. every time I ate something, even if it was just some orange juice, I was super bloated. I have bought this for some time, but never used it, but then I decided to give it a try, and I was surprised that the it help a lot with the bloating. I just take one pill a day, with the breakfats and it's effective during all day. So I am happy with it, I will buy it again.

I used this supplement with meals when I overate or ate hard-to-digest foods like lactose or beans. The supplement really helps with digestion. I don’t experience any stomach rumbling or discomfort when I take it. However, I can’t say it helps much when I overeat. Overall, I recommend it and like it.

I have had problems with getting my gut back to “normal “ after being on Ozempic for T2D. I have bloating & wind. I have no idea whether these are helping or not. There is no after taste. The size of the capsule is fine to take. I really hope these do something for me 😞

An anti-bloat formula that actually works and doesn’t cause any side effects, so I’ll definitely buy it again if I have any special occasion coming up and want to make sure my tummy will be as flat as possible. The dosage is effective and the size of the capsules isn’t too big. Unfortunately the formula doesn’t come in bigger bottles, with a supply for let’s say two weeks or even a month, but who knows what the future holds, right?

I have read many reviews & had heard a lot about this brand. All the reviews are positive & the products seems to be really good & effective. Its not expensive & worth trying. Hope it will work well with me too. Will wait & see. It's always running out of stock quickly & that means it's really good.

Hello gentle overachiever… I’ll need a bit more time to fully experiment with this, but so far, so good. I can actually feel a difference when I take it with a meal — in a quietly efficient, “doing its job” kind of way. The range of enzymes is impressively broad compared to what’s usually out there. Lactase, for example, is included at a really effective dosage, which I genuinely appreciate. It’s easy to swallow, feels high-quality, and shows thoughtfulness in its formulation. The brand is still new to me, so I’ll be doing a little digging, but I’m already planning to keep buying it. So far, it’s quietly winning me over — and I can happily recommend it. 🌿✨

These have good ingredients. They are easy to swallow. I take one before dinner to help with bloat and gas. It seems to have helped as I am almost thru a bottle. Symptoms have gotten better, but not 100 percent. Though not sure anything will be 100 percent. If would recommend you to give it a try. So far better than anything I've tried.

Seem good but hard to say! I struggle with bloating and have done for years but these are a high quality from what’s in them so maybe they take some time to work or work better if your bloating is less severe/constant
