Been a 3+ months. I'm sticking this one and I will. I switched 'cause I saw a blood level image that compares this one and a normal one. The elemental of VC is a little, but I normally take one only. I used megadose VC like 1g to 2g, but I don't feel it's needed now. I wish they do more research about this one.
