Delicious and effective! This liquid form of quercetin is so easy to take, and the pineapple tangerine flavor makes it enjoyable. I use it to support my immune system and allergies—it noticeably helps with histamine responses. The liposomal delivery ensures absorption, and I like that it’s gentle on the stomach.
Have tried for few weeks, the taste is slightly sweet but acceptable, color should be bright yellow else means it could have gone rancid. Didn't see any relieves on my skin allergic symptoms or PND yet, will try over a longer period.

It was a pleasure to drink this one. Such a wonderful fresh fruity taste! I really can feel the differance whilst taking this one. It helps to ease down my histamine and mast cell reactivity flares. Lasted for a long time. It was easier to take the reccomended dose while it was cooled down. Otherwise it get too watery and its easy to overdose.
Bromelain + Quercetin form the basic crux of longevity protocol along with cacao powder and few other things. The effect may not feel significant, but it only shows over time the potential benefits. This is part of my protocol that helps me manage my health conditions better along with anxiety, and ageing. Would strongly recommend.
