Probiotics, 30 Mini Vegetarian Capsules

I suffer from gut issues like IBS and bad digestion. I initially started taking another probiotic supplement from this brand that started getting too expensive for no discernable reason. This one is way more affordable and cheaper but just as effective. It even smells and looks the same. I don't even see much of a difference in ingredients. Sometimes it really is just marketing. I've had gas and constipation with other probiotic products but not with this one. I wish it came in a bigger size so I don't have to keep ordering multiple bottles.

Very good brand. This particular one is smaller in capsule size, making it easy to eat. Great quality. I feel better after eating. Have bought a few bottles already.

This is my favorite probiotic company, I have tried others that caused gastrointestinal side effects. Although I stopped using probiotics after 2 years of daily use as my gastroenterologist recommended to only use it for a week at a time after events that requires it, such as 2 weeks after completing an antibiotics course.

I thought I might see something more from this. I'm taking some other Garden of Life products that have anywhere from 250 Million to 5 Billion CFU in them and I noticed a significant benefit from them, but this jump to 30 Billion didn't seem to add anything.

After researching I was looking for 5-6 different probiotic strains, and they were almost all in this product (not in any of the others I looked at). Also, it has some very interesting unique characteristics with the pre and post-biotics to increase effectiveness.

It is a very good supplement to overall health and energy levels. The quality of both the product and packaging is amazing, and the dropper is very easy to use. The taste is not overwhelming, and I personally really use it. I'm willing to buy it again, and I trust it.

It has high strains but sadly only 30 billion CFU which is bit low. This brand is famous for not adding antinutrients, additives to his supplements. Probiotics are one the most important supplements since the gut is crucial when it comes to healing. I take it while being on antibiotics.

I have always liked Garden of Life's supplements. The dosages are small and the benefits for my gut have been great. I like how many different strains of bacteria there are.
