These capsules actually work! If you are looking to cleanse, these are great to use. I am on day five, and it's going well; however, be sure to take these on days you are home or can easily and quickly get to a restroom. But I have not had any cramping or similar issues taking them, it's just making sure the bathroom is near! I take mine after eating and drink plenty of water, I take the suggested dosage of 2 capsules once a day. They don't smell great, but I have not experienced any unpleasant taste. It's a quality product with great ingredients. I am feeling the benefit of less bloating and more energy. I look forward to feeling even better after finishing them in a couple of days.
