This is a life saver on the days when I can’t fall asleep. Works magic on me! And the most important thing is that I wake up fresh! No brain fog, no headache. Fresh and well rested. This is my go-to for winding down and getting quality sleep. The melatonin dose is perfect—not too strong, but enough to help me relax and fall asleep without grogginess the next day. I also like that it’s clean, without a bunch of fillers. The natural raspberry flavor is subtle and pleasant. I take one about 30 minutes before bed and it does the trick every time.
I used to take melatonin 10 mg before sleeping, but now, by taking this Sleep Support an hour before going to bed, I go right to sleep. I also take about a teaspoon of salt and 20 oz of water before going to sleep. They also seem to help.

I have a very impulsive nature, which contributes to my insomnia. This supplement works well when sleep issues are related to relaxation or circadian rhythm disruption, but it’s less helpful when insomnia is more deeply connected to mental health.
I am really impressed with the quality of this supplement. I've also tried various other products from this brand, and I consistently find their ingredients to be effective and reliable. So I gave it 5 stars because Dr. Mercola has a lot of research behind all of his products. The conclusion is that this product has a superior quality. Can't really tell yet as it's too soon since I started taking it but this might be worth it. Overall, it's a valuable addition to my wellness routine. Size and age 👍
