The quality and ingredients of this supplement is good and as described. However, the packaging is not individually packed so if you are traveling, you need to take the whole bottle with you. The form of it is chewable with a good taste. Overall, it helps with the digestive system.

Totally in love with this style of probiotic. It has a pleasant taste and works the way a probiotic should. The package is the ideal size for slipping in a handbag. I love that it is gluten and soy free and and definitely has aided digestion and regularity. My tummy says thanks.
Finally I have found great probiotics strains with an excellent formulation. Most of the probiotics on the market are available in huge sized pills, hard to be swallowed. These probiotics are like candies, they are chewable and have a great nice berries/fruity taste. They are expensive but totally worth!
