This us my second purchase, what I like the most is the ingredients provide the recommended ratio, 40:1, inositol support healthy hormone levels, reproductive and ovarian health, it’s a clean product with great quality, it increases my energy level and my insulin sensitivity. The capsules has no taste and can be taken with coffee. The size of the bottle is great with that ratio. Will continue purchasing this for the future.

great product for relaxing muscles and helping you sleep better. a little bit on the bigger side. good for your joints and benefits your overall health. packaging was standard and the size is good enough to last a few months. ingredients quality is good no apparent side effects so far.

This is my bottle and i bought another one. I stopped taking my pills when i got this bottle and hopefully my period go regular again because i have irregular period because of PCOS. Didn’t notice much difference yet but i hope i can see the results in a few months with my second bottle
