Helps keep my hormones balanced. Wonderful support. I do not like the taste of stevia (very artificial flavor) and wish they would remove it. I usually mix it with milk and then the taste is ok.

Just started using Thorne Ovarian Care a couple of days ago, and the mixed berry flavor is honestly one of the best-tasting supplements I’ve tried – naturally sweet without being overpowering, and it mixes smoothly in water. I've been using (myo-anisitol) capsules for a long time and haven't noticed much (I don't know, maybe it needs more time), but when I started using this product I felt better.

This tastes a little weird, its not horrible but i am not picky at all. Also not sure if this is a completely necessary supplement.

I couldn’t tell how exactly this product works, I just believe all quality and ingredients from Thorne supposed to be great and trusted. I simply can’t used to the taste of it. It’s just big NO for me. It’s quite expensive product and I want to get all benefits from it, but why so specific taste, sooo artificial, unfortunately.

Honestly! This is not my first choice, but my 1st s run out of stock. Then I tried this and can't believe I have period like normal after it's abnormal almost 2 years. I need to see this through longer but it works even I take 1 time a day. I think I will take 2 times a day like recommended as possible.

I started to take this for IR PCOS and the benefits on that front alone are amazing. After less than a week of consistent use (just one scoop in the morning to start with) I noticed more stable energy and less hunger and cravings (used to a massive insatiable appetite). I also had issues with unstable mood and feeling anxious. But, since taking this along with my L-theanine supplement, I find that have more control over my emotions, which also indirectly likely affected my appetite. I also find that it is much easier for me to implement other healthy habits that help my anxiety, such as meditation and exercise. Overall, this supplement just makes me feel like a normal person finally 😭🤍 I sincerely believe that the powder version does make a difference too, if anyone has tried inositol capsules but hasn’t felt a difference. With the powder, it’s easier to take the recommended amount of 2-4g, whereas capsules you often have to take multiple which can be uncomfortable. Finally, the taste is really not bad at all. The reviews had me thinking it would be bitter or just gross, buts it’s quite good and just tastes like a berry candy!
