Great quality product: i use it as a sugar replacement and has no bitter after taste. It does not spike my insulin and contains no nasty additives which are great benefits. I tried this erythritol with monk fruit, and honestly, I wasn’t completely impressed. It’s not as sweet as I expected, and the taste is a bit “flat” compared to regular sweeteners. That said, the erythritol dissolves well and doesn’t leave an aftertaste, which I liked. For those who prefer a mild sweetness, it might be a good option, but for those who enjoy a stronger sweetness, this might not be the best choice.

I used to buy other sweetener, but had to look for a replacement as most of them is not available in my area, it is easy to use since the ratio is one with the regular sugar. The size is too good and you get a lot for the price. The taste is less than regular sugar, but is still effective. The package is nice,the benefit is that it is a good replacement for the product as this is from a fruit blend meaning natural ingredients.
