The caplets themselves are quite large. Personally I cut mine in half due to the size. Aside from the size, they are actually quite effective.

I always have to have this in my house. if you have any kind of herpes, cpld sores, or shingles, you should take one a day. Up to 4 times a day during breakouts. ir will help suppress the virus, and can cut the time of flare ups in half. safe to take with acyclovir.

Excellent size, quality product for a good price. I use this to manage cold sores, and it has been effective, but I have had to add in olive leaf as well. Not super effective on it's own, but excellent as part of stack. You shouldn't sleep on lysine anyway, if you want to have good skin!
