well, i did not take the suggested 20 tablets. i took 10 and still felt some relief! it's a little pricey, so i do not want to you use up the entire bottle within ten days - that's why i only took 10. had i taken the recommend amount, i probably would've felt an increased amount of relief

This company knows what they’re doing with their herbs - great quality-, with all the right composition, it’s so helpful for any onset of cold like symptoms. It can be taken at all ages, I even have my kids under 10 take a half dose and they’ve improved very quickly. It’s a great supplement that won’t suppress one’s overall health so there’s no concern for it being too potent, etc. I think if you drink it quickly you don’t taste the stuff, but there’s a bit of sugar coating on each of the pill.
