My daughter's psychiatrist recommended this for her ADD and anxiety. It has helped tremendously. She feels so much more calm and relaxed, much better able to manage her stress and triggers. AND as a welcome side effect it has acted as relief to her common constipation. She's having softer, more regular bowel movements since taking this form of magnesium.
I have been trying to get my hands on this product for a while and so glad Iherb has them stocked . Since taking this product my sleep seems to have improved a lot and have improved my quality of life . Size of the capsule is not that large compared to other product I have tried (for me personally ) just need plenty water to swallow . So far “Calm “ has kept up-to its name . Although I have stop taking “life extension” They are as good so I am torn which one to stick to .
I’ve had some pain in my calves after giving birth, and taking this somehow does seem to help with easing that pain, not sure if it’s because generally magnesium helps with relaxing muscles? But either way, it does help with my sleep. I take it before bedtime usually. Also if you wanna detox you can up the dosage at bedtime and next morning you’ll prob have a detox.
Been taking it daily ever since I got it. I think it works pretty well, no trouble going to sleep. Also checked this specific product thru AI and the quality is good. Packaging is ok, pretty good product overall. Will buy again.
It's hard to say for sure, but I think these capsules are helping me sleep more soundly in combination with Reishi capsules every night. The label is a tad misleading - you have to take 3 capsules to get 325 mg. They're only 108 mg per capsule (make sure to read the fine print).
