Love this magnesium. The ingredients and quality is great. The packaging is good. The pills have no taste or smell. Now the pills are quite big, I think they're a bit bigger than the usual pills in the plasticy see-through form where you see the white powder inside, but I don't mind the size, I actually love that it comes in like this burgundy softgel (very unusual for magnesium I think) that was part of the reason I chose this supplement lol. I like to take this before sleep, I notice the benefits for sure - it helps my muscles abd body relax, I fall asleep easier and sleep better.
