When you need some heat right on that one spot - doesn't slide around. Lasts hours. I always have some in my travel bag! I never know when some heat will take care of the pain - rather than take some pill that might not work with all my prescribed medications.

It's great to find a product that is high quality and gets the job done. These heat strips can be applied in various areas of the body, and consistently provide relief from pain. Wish it came in packs of more than 4! Definitely recommend if you suffer from joint pain/inflammation/arthiritis.

Great product! I buy it regularly and use it on my shoulders at night whenever I feel pain. The warmth spreads evenly and provides a soothing, comforting sensation. It really works!

Stayed hot for 10 hours or so, heat is good for my neuro back pain and period pain. I use it when I'm not at home, easy to take in the bag with me, just in case.

These heat wraps are very practical and convenient. I like having them available whenever needed, and I always try to keep them at home. A reliable product that I regularly repurchase.

New wraps are smaller than the old ones so they don’t cover the back of the neck. They were not as hot as the old ones either. But still nice to use for strained muscles. The adhesive leaves a sticky red mark and has to be removed with oil.
