Zhuanggu Gao, Pain Relieving Plaster, 10 Plasters

This pain plaster works so well for my shoulder ache. I had shoulder pain from time to time due to my work. After two days my pain had gone and could move freely. The downside is you have to bear the chinese herbs smell, just to remind not to use on skin for more then two days if you have sensitive skin, coz the plaster might cause itchy skin .

Used it for my neck and back pain. The pads are a bit smaller in size than I am used to so had to use two. Sticks very well to the body! And easy to peel off. You can really feel the heat on the desired spot. Would buy again.

These patches I feel are very effective and good quality. The package size has been enough to help with some leg issues. Frequently used recently to help benefit with some discomfort. We like these plasters at a good value that are for temporary relief. The composition of ingredients has a slight menthol scent. We recommend !

I don't use them myself but buy them for my boyfriend. He has a lot of tension in his neck and the 'regular'-brand ones are so expensive, so I'm happy there is a cheaper alternative! It doesn't 'resolve' aches, but it does have a soothing effect.
