It does what I expected from it, relief from muscle injuries and inflamed skin such as bug bites. The only problem I have with it is the stitched square velcro that is used to attach it to my foot is starting to come off. The quality in that regard should be improved if I were to consider buying another pack. This product is only a few months in age. It shouldn't be wearing out this easily.

Has no scent. It’s easy to use and a good size. The ziplock package is convenient. It fits nice and feels comfortable.

I bought it for my mother. The doctor told her to use cold compresses, and it's excellent; it fits the knee perfectly.
