They are good with high dose but couldn’t swallow it easily so I recommend only to those who dont have that problem My sister said they are really good for her

I love the value I get out of this bottle! So affordable, I actually can’t believe you get a 3-month’s supply for under $10. I’m not a fan of the added colors such as Blue #2 and Yellow #5, but I can’t complain when the price is so low. The combination of Vitamin D and Calcium helps absorption, so that’s a nice touch.
