I was looking for Alpha GPC with a dosage of 600 mg per day. So far, this is the only optimal option in terms of price-quality ratio. I have been taking it for more than two weeks and have noticed positive changes - I can focus better and have greater endurance during prolonged mental work. The capsules are a standard size, tasteless, and the packaging is convenient to carry around in a bag. I would like to see a 120- and 240-capsule option, as a month's supply is not enough for me to see the effects.
